Fall 2011

Sibshops

  • Ages: 8 - 11
  • Cost: $45.00
  • Orientation: Tuesday, October 18, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
  • Sessions: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Early Start Sibshop

  • Ages: 6 & 7
  • Cost: $15.00
  • Orientation: No orientation for this Sibshop
  • Date: Saturday, October 29 (1 session)
  • Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon
  • Location: Library & Gym at the Janice McTighe Centre (Renfrew Educational Services, 2050 - 21 Street NE, Calgary)

Facilitator and Volunteer Training

  • Description: For adults who have worked with children with disabilities or have a family member with a disability and would like to volunteer, become a paid facilitator for Sibshops, or learn more about the program.
  • Cost: Free with pre-registration
  • Date: Saturday, October 15
  • Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Spring 2012

Junior High Sibshops

  • Ages: Grades 7 - 9
  • Cost: Free (except for special activities - we will let you know when you contact us)
  • Sessions: Once a month (times to be announced later)

  • Location: Various locations in the city

Senior High Sibshops

  • Ages: Grades 10 - 12
  • Cost: Free (except for special activities - we will let you know when you contact us)
  • Sessions: Once a month (times to be announced later)
    • More dates will be posted soon

SibVentures Monthly Group

  • Prerequisite: Sibshops
  • Ages: 8 - 11
  • Cost: Annual registration fee of $25.00
  • Sessions: Once a month at 6:00 - 8:00 pm
